We use a range of courier and logistics service providers to achieve this goal. We are mindful of the service provided by them and are constantly reviewing their performance.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your products within 1-2 business days; however, if products are unavailable, we will contact to let you and delivery will take a little longer.
If our handling time increases beyond 2 business days, we will email you to let you know.
Please note that we are an online-only business and do not offer a click & collect or customer pickup service from our warehouse or any other location. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to your delivery address.
