If you don't love the products, we will refund your money up to 101 days from the date of your purchase.

Returns & Swaps

Your purchase with us comes with a 101 Day Happiness Guarantee . If you don’t love the Euclove products you ordered, we’ll take care of you and make it right.

  • We offer full refunds up to 101 days from the date of purchase.
  • Swaps are always free, we ask that you return the products you'd like to swap at your cost and we'll send you your preferred product. We'll cover the cost of shipping it to you and you simply pay the price difference.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
